To become a USGBC Green Rater you must complete the LEED for Homes Green Rater Eligibility Requirements. |
|
|
|
|
|
Once the Eligibility Requirements have been met, you must apply for the LEED Green Rater program with the USGBC. |
|
|
|
|
|
Once you have been accepted by the USGBC, you can sign an E3 Green Rater Agreement, establishing a relationship between you and E3 Building Sciences. You can then register for the Green Rater classes. |

|
|
|
|
You must complete 5 online courses and then one two-day in class workshop. (See chart below for more detail.) |

|
|
|
|
After you have completed your course work you may apply and take your Green Rater Exam. |
|
|
|
|
|
If you have not already done so, contact us so that you may sign a E3 Green Rater Agreement. |

Our Green Rater Mentorship Program is designed to get you in the field and learning. |
|
|
|
|
|
Once you have finished the Mentorship Program you can obtain the LEED for Homes Green Rater Certificate. |
