2. We will send you a Proposal/Contract

1. Sign the Contract and send it back to us

3. Send the Plans and Specs

1. Electronic copies are preferred. (dwf, dwg, pdf)
2. CDs work as well
3. Paper is least preferred but works just as well

4. We will input your building(s) into Energy Modeling Software

1. A HERS Index Score will be determined. (0-100 with 0 being the best)
2. We will help you determine the spec level that helps you building reach Energy Star

5. During construction we will inspect and test your building(s)

1. Thermal Bypass Inspection after insulation but prior to drywall installation
2. Envelope Infiltration and Duct Leakage Testing after completion
3. These inspections and testing ensure that your building systems meet Energy Star specifications and match the modeled specifications of the building(s)

6. We will send your scores to the EPA Energy Star Representative

7. You will receive your Energy Star Certificate
